Efficient and effective healthcare reform is what we all want but how do we do it? First of all, there are some items in the current bill under consideration that need to be addressed like health insurance company regulation, we need to make sure that health insurance companies are regulated in order to control costs. Health insurance companies have all sorts of loopholes in place that will render the current bill ineffective if these loopholes are not addressed.
